A kar Lama'i Naljor

A kar Lama’i Naljor ― Guruyoga of the White A ― terma teaching discovered by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu.

The meaning of this practice is that we visualize our own Master as emanation of three kayas: Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, Sambhogakaya Vajrasattva and Nirmanakaya Guru Garab Dorje.
